Message	cover. Reach up under the bottom of the cover (above the package tray behind the seats and above the folded soft top) and feel around for a flat lever pointing down, you'll feel it before you see it. It will pull towards you and the tonneau cover will pop up. Then you pull up the cover and release the folded top as LarryConvertible mentioned.
